  • By hiring from La Bellosa Dress Hire, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    Eligibility

    • You must be 18 years or older to place a booking.

    • If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian who resides at the same address must make the booking on your behalf.

    Garment Care & Cleaning

    • All garments must be returned in the same condition they were hired in.

    • Please handle garments with care and be cautious when wearing fake tan, makeup, perfume, and around food and drinks.

    • Do not attempt to wash, clean, or dry-clean the garment yourself.

    • No alterations are permitted.

    • If a garment is returned with stains that cannot be removed through professional cleaning, additional cleaning charges will apply.

    • If cleaning is unsuccessful and the item cannot be restored, La Bellosa Dress Hire reserves the right to charge the full RRP of the garment, separate from the hire fee. The customer may then keep the item.

    Damage

    • Any damage that occurs during the hire period must be reported immediately.

    • If a garment is returned damaged, the customer will be contacted to cover repair or cleaning costs.

    • If the garment is deemed beyond repair, the customer will be charged the full RRP of the item, and ownership of the garment will transfer to the customer.

    Pick-Ups

    • All collections are appointment-based only.

    • Customers will be notified when their garment is ready for collection and provided with all relevant details.

    • Failure to attend a scheduled pick-up without notice does not qualify for a refund.

    Delivery / Drop Off

    • Delivery may be offered at La Bellosa Dress Hire's discretion and subject to availability.

    • Full payment, including any delivery fee, must be made before drop-off.

    • Customers must provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the garment.

    • Once delivered, the customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the garment.

    • If re-delivery is required due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, additional fees may apply.

    Refunds & Store Credit

    • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, event cancellations, sizing issues, or booking mistakes made by the customer.

    • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at La Bellosa Dress Hire's discretion.

    • In certain cases, a store credit (valid for 12 months) may be offered instead.

    • Store credit will equal the hire value minus a $30 cancellation fee.

    • To be eligible for store credit, the garment must be returned by the fourth day of the hire period.

    • A garment must be returned immediately upon collection to be considered for any refund or store credit.

    Returns

    • All hires must be returned by the fourth day of the hire period, unless otherwise agreed.

    • Late returns incur a $15 late fee per day, per garment.

    Late or Incorrect Returns

    • If a garment is returned late, incorrectly, or not returned as agreed, additional fees may apply.

    • If your failure to return an item on time results in another booking being cancelled or refunded, you will be required to compensate La Bellosa Dress Hire for the lost hire.

    Payment

    • Garments are only secured once full payment has been made.

    • We do not accept deposits.

    • Cash payments are accepted.s here

  • By hiring from La Bellosa Dress Hire, you agree to the following care instructions.

    Avoid Fake Tan and Oils

    Fake tan and oils can mark and damage the garment.

    Don't Wash the Garment Yourself

    Please leave cleaning to the professionals.

    Avoid Perfume and Deodorant on the Garment

    These can cause stains and damage.

    No Alterations

    Please do not alter or modify the garment.

    If Damaged, Don't Attempt to Fix It

    Contact us straight away so we can help.

    Please Return in the Bag Provided

    This helps protect the garment in transit.

    Return on Time So Another Bellosa Girl Can Enjoy

    Late returns may incur additional charges.
